The Four Points Sheraton was a much better stay than the sister hotel in Halifax, Nova Scotia. In Edmunston the staff were friendly and made sure that we could order something to eat from the restaurant. We arrived late and we had been driving all day. It was so nice to settle into comfortable beds. We had a shock when we woke up and looked out the window. It was a room with a view......of a factory. Not what I had imagined when they said a room with a 'view' We left early in the morning after a quick breakfast in the restaurant! The staff were lovely, warm and attentive.

the hotel was very clean, the staff were willing to do a bit extra - I had stayed there before and they remembered me and they added my stay to the Marriott points program before I even had time to ask. the front desk gave me a printed menu for the restaurant and were very gracious the next morning when I was checking out. it is my favourite spot to stop on my way to and from Ontario.

I did not catch her name, but the young lady at reception, with long red hair, was an absolute joy. Run off her feet, working at a bustling front desk for hours by herself, with seemingly no break, but so friendly, personable and helpful.

The breakfast was outstanding and the value for money was incredible! Extremely nice and helpful staff, and you allow pets which was the main reason we selected Four Points in the first place. An excellent stay!
